Flow Switch

It is the safety device to shut down the equipment when it exceeds the initially set flow value. It is called as Excess Flow Switch (EFS).

Vacuum Generator

This is the Ventury device which can create the vacuum by flowing N2. It enhances the purge efficiency in BSGS, gas cabinet and VMB.

Valve Safety

If lock is assembled to the manual valve, the safety can be enhanced.
